This adorable family reminded me of my own! Three boys, one girl. Girl is always a little *extra* special in a setup like that.We had fun playing, taking some pictures, playing some more…they had traveled two hours to get here for their shoot so needed some running around time too!I adore this family and it was such a pleasure to get to take their pictures this year.
This girl is gorgeous inside and out! She was such a good sport tromping around Sugarloaf State Park back in August when it was HOT and buggy. She rocked her shoot! I’m excited for her to find her success in the world after high school!
Wow..was it already two months ago that I was in British Columbia?? Holy smokes, time goes fast! My last post was my youngest brother’s beautiful wedding. A few days later I was able to take some family pictures for my second to youngest brother. (I have four younger brothers) He has a gorgeous wife that I LOVE and three adorable girls that we miss like crazy! Can’t wait til they move closer to us here on the west coast. That will be soo much fun! More frequent trips for sure. Here are some of my favorite images from their session.
I was so excited to shoot this wedding as it was my “little” brother and my new sister in law! I wasn’t sure what to expect since it was in British Columbia and the weather can be iffy…but it had rained the day before, and it was cloudy but perfect! Besides all the other millions of details that go into planning a wedding, Taryn also designed and sewed (a lot by hand) her wedding dress. It was gorgeous! The whole venue, decor and feel was very “Jane Austen” to me..I LOVED it. The venue was the London Historical House, and a few of the pictures below show the inside of the house, which is decorated as homes would be from the late 1800s to the early 1900s. So cool!! I was also excited because they scheduled more time than I normally get for bride and groom portraits. So here are some of my favorites from an especially wonderful, memorable day. I love my family!
I loved this couple as soon as I met them! I felt like Tory and I connected right away, and I really had so much fun with them on their big day. The weather was beautiful, the venue (Twin Hill Ranch) was beautifully rustic and country, and it seemed like everyone had an amazing time! I was so happy to be able to be apart of it. Here are just a few of the pictures from their special day.
